We prepare your plant according to the size and pot you choose. With a decorative pot, we repot the plant using suitable soil and include a saucer. If you add decorative pebbles, we finish your plant with the colour and quantity you select.

Choose Nursery Pot to receive your plant in its nursery container, without decorative repotting.

Delivery Details

When will my order arrive?

We schedule deliveries carefully so your plants spend as little time in transit as possible.

Dubai 1–3 working days

Abu Dhabi Once a week

Sharjah 4–5 working days

Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah & Al Ain Approximately every 2 weeks

Apartment deliveries

Our driver will bring your order to your apartment door and ring upon arrival. If nobody answers and building access allows, the order may be left safely outside your door.

Plants are watered and prepared before dispatch, so they'll be perfectly fine until you're able to bring them inside.

Villa deliveries

For villas, someone should be available to receive indoor plants. Indoor plants cannot be left exposed to direct UAE heat or sunlight for extended periods.

If there is no safe shaded location available, we'll reschedule the delivery.

Outdoor plants may be safely placed where appropriate.

Returns & exchanges

Eligible non-plant items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition .

Everything you need to help your plant stay healthy and thrive.

Light

Thrives in full sun. Plenty of direct sunlight encourages strong, dense and healthy growth.

Watering

Water regularly while establishing. Once established, water deeply and allow the upper soil to dry well between waterings. Avoid constantly wet soil.

Humidity

Well adapted to dry and humid outdoor conditions. No additional humidity is required.

Temperature

Loves warm and hot climates and is very well suited to UAE outdoor conditions. Established trees tolerate high temperatures extremely well.

Repotting

For container-grown Neem Trees, repot when root-bound. Use a well-draining soil mix and a sufficiently large pot with excellent drainage.

Common Issues & Fixes

Yellow leaves: Often caused by overwatering or poor drainage.
Leaf drop: Can occur from watering stress or sudden environmental changes.
Dry/brown leaves: Usually prolonged dryness or extreme heat stress
Slow/sparse growth: May need stronger sunlight, nutrients or additional growing space.
Pests: Our plants are always pest checked before delivery. Still, occasionally inspect the leaves, stems and new growth as part of routine plant care.

Neem Trees are highly heat and drought tolerant once established, making them particularly suitable for the UAE climate. Give them plenty of direct sunlight and deep watering rather than frequent shallow watering to encourage a strong root system.
