Olive Tree Double Head

When will my order arrive?

We schedule deliveries carefully so your plants spend as little time in transit as possible.

Apartment deliveries

Our driver will bring your order to your apartment door and ring upon arrival. If nobody answers and building access allows, the order may be left safely outside your door.

Plants are watered and prepared before dispatch, so they'll be perfectly fine until you're able to bring them inside.

Villa deliveries

For villas, someone should be available to receive indoor plants. Indoor plants cannot be left exposed to direct UAE heat or sunlight for extended periods.

If there is no safe shaded location available, we'll reschedule the delivery.

Outdoor plants may be safely placed where appropriate.

Returns & exchanges

Eligible non-plant items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition .

For plant-health concerns, see The Silver Promise.

Handpicked. Never simply picked.

Every plant is individually selected by our trained team.

We check its health, foliage, overall appearance and visible signs of pests or damage. If we wouldn't be happy receiving that plant ourselves, we won't send it to you.

Our goal is simple: the plant we send should be a plant we would be happy to receive ourselves.

Because every plant is living and unique, natural variations in shape, fullness and foliage are completely normal.

Not happy with your plant's health?

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details and clear photographs.

Our team will assess the concern and aim to respond within 1 working day.

If the plant is confirmed to be unhealthy, you can choose:

The Silver Promise applies to live plants only and does not cover pots, saucers, fertilizers, artificial plants or other non-living products.

Shop with confidence

Buying plants online requires trust.

You choose the plant. We make sure the one that reaches you is worthy of your space.

You're never on your own with your plants.

Yellow leaves? Drooping? Unsure about watering? Not sure whether your plant is getting enough light?

Send us a few clear photos and tell us where your plant is placed and how you've been caring for it. Our team will help you understand what may be happening and what to do next.

You can even contact us before buying if you're unsure which plant is right for your space.

Your plant isn't just another parcel.

Before leaving Silver Gardens, every plant receives a final check for its health, foliage and overall presentation .

Plants are appropriately watered and prepared for transport, with the understanding that living products require much more careful handling than an ordinary package.

If you've selected a decorative pot, saucer or finishing option, we prepare your plant according to the configuration you chose.

And before it leaves us, we look at the complete order one last time.

Because we want your order to arrive feeling ready for your space — not simply delivered to it.
