Plants 🪴 were all of a high quality and the customer care was excellent

Plants 🪴 were all of a high quality and the customer care was excellent. This included changing a snake plant that didn’t meet my expectations. My one suggestion is can you share with the customer written watering and feeding guidance for each plant purchased. Would recommend 🙏

Amazing Statement Plant

This is an impressive statement plant on a balcony. Although it needs 2 litres of water 💦 a day.

Giant Snake Plant

Fantastic Giant Snakeplant. The original order I returned as it didn’t appear to be Giant. Great customer service they replaced in 48 hours with a Giant Snake-plant. I recommend this plant and a great company

Overall, my experience was okay. Compared to what I was expecting based on Instagram, it did not fully meet my expectations.

Initially, I had to follow up several times because I didn’t receive any response through regular calls or WhatsApp message. I only received a reply after making a WhatsApp call. However, once they responded, their attention and customer service were greatly appreciated. They also kindly included a complimentary item to compensate for the delivery delay.

When the plants arrived, I was a little disappointed because one of the plants had damaged leaves. I had hoped the plants would arrive in better condition.

Perfect combo

Exactly how I imagined, one went to the living room, another one to the hallway. Nice plants :)

Amazing product!

I purchased the air purifying plant bundle and could not be happier with my purchase! The plants are amazing quality and come in beautiful pots! The customer service team have been brilliant in advising how i look after my plants to keep them vibrant. I could not be happier and will definitely be making more purchases of plants in the future…..very happy indeed 😁
