When will my order arrive?

We schedule deliveries carefully so your plants spend as little time in transit as possible.

Apartment deliveries

Our driver will bring your order to your apartment door and ring upon arrival. If nobody answers and building access allows, the order may be left safely outside your door.

Plants are watered and prepared before dispatch, so they'll be perfectly fine until you're able to bring them inside.

Villa deliveries

For villas, someone should be available to receive indoor plants. Indoor plants cannot be left exposed to direct UAE heat or sunlight for extended periods.

If there is no safe shaded location available, we'll reschedule the delivery.

Outdoor plants may be safely placed where appropriate.

Returns & exchanges

Eligible non-plant items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition .

Every plant is individually selected by our trained team.

We check its health, foliage, overall appearance and visible signs of pests or damage. If we wouldn't be happy receiving that plant ourselves, we won't send it to you.

Our goal is simple: the plant we send should be a plant we would be happy to receive ourselves.

Because every plant is living and unique, natural variations in shape, fullness and foliage are completely normal.

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details and clear photographs.

Our team will assess the concern and aim to respond within 1 working day.

Plants are appropriately watered and prepared for transport, with the understanding that living products require much more careful handling than an ordinary package.

If you've selected a decorative pot, saucer or finishing option, we prepare your plant according to the configuration you chose.

And before it leaves us, we look at the complete order one last time.
