Apartment deliveries
Our driver will bring your order to your apartment
door and ring upon arrival. If nobody answers and
building access allows, the order may be left safely
outside your door.
Plants are watered and prepared before dispatch, so
they'll be perfectly fine until you're able to bring
them inside.
Villa deliveries
For villas, someone should be available to receive
indoor plants. Indoor plants cannot
be left exposed to direct UAE heat or sunlight for
extended periods.
If there is no safe shaded location available,
we'll reschedule the delivery.
Outdoor plants may be safely placed where appropriate.
Returns & exchanges
Eligible non-plant items must be returned
unused, undamaged and in their original condition
.
For plant-health concerns, see
The Silver Promise.
The Silver Promise
Handpicked. Never simply picked.
Every plant is individually selected by our trained team.
We check its health, foliage, overall appearance and
visible signs of pests or damage. If we wouldn't be
happy receiving that plant ourselves,
we won't send it to you.
Our goal is simple: the plant we send should be a plant
we would be happy to receive ourselves.
Because every plant is living and unique, natural
variations in shape, fullness and foliage are
completely normal.
Not happy with your plant's health?
Contact us within 7 days of purchase
with your order details and clear photographs.
Our team will assess the concern and aim to respond
within 1 working day.
If the plant is confirmed to be unhealthy, you can choose:
A replacement or a refund — whichever you prefer.
The Silver Promise applies to
live plants only and does not cover
pots, saucers, fertilizers, artificial plants or other
non-living products.

Your Plant Care Guide
Bougainvillea
Everything you need to help your plant stay healthy and thrive.
Light
Choose a sunny outdoor position. Strong direct light supports colourful bracts; introduce a newly delivered plant gradually to its final sunny spot.
Watering
Check the soil before watering. Water thoroughly once the upper layer has dried, then let excess water drain. Check potted plants more often in hot weather; avoid leaving the pot standing in water.
Humidity
Suitable for outdoor growing with good airflow. Routine misting is unnecessary.
Temperature
A warm-climate plant that needs protection from frost. During very hot weather, monitor soil moisture and protect a newly placed plant from sudden extremes.
Repotting
Repot when roots become crowded, handling the root ball gently. Choose a pot with drainage holes and a well-draining growing mix.
Common Issues & Fixes
Few flowers: Check sunlight, excessive watering and repeated pruning. Too much nitrogen can favour leafy growth.
Leaf or bract drop: Relocation and watering changes can cause temporary shedding. Keep conditions steady and check soil moisture.
Pests: Our plants are always pest checked before delivery. Continue inspecting leaves and stems for aphids, mealybugs and mites as part of routine care.
Silver Gardens Tip
Trim after a flowering flush to maintain a bushy shape. Avoid frequent heavy pruning, which can remove flowering growth. Wear gloves and position thorny stems away from busy walkways.
